Associate Level – Mobile Application Developer

Solweaver is seeking experienced mobile application developers to help architect, build, iterate and manage the applications the company dealts. We are looking for the right candidates who have deep skills and prior experience in iOS and Android platforms, a good understanding of the software development cycle, and a strong passion for focusing on usability during application development. This is a huge opportunity for smart self-starters to make a difference within our Company and an even larger opportunity to learn the mobile technology business from a highly knowledgeable team. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, IOS and/or Android development experience.

Experience and Skill set required

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile application development
  • Experience with IOS and/or Android Development and Cocoa
  • 1+ years of experience in java development.
  • Object Oriented Development / CS Background- Ideal candidates should understand object oriented development, and apply OO concepts to everything they do. Formal CS background or experience preferred.
  • Android framework APIs , SDK,  UI tool kit
  • XCode IDE, parsing data using XML, HTTP based networking
  • Experience successfully publishing applications to the Apple App store/Android Marketplace
  • Experience with web technologies preferred REST/XML/SOAP Web Services, JSON, HTML5, and WPF
  • HTML5, CSS3,Javascript, JQuery, JQuery mobile
  • Knowledge of PHP/.NET/Flash/Flex is a very strong plus Mootools, YUI, DOJO ,Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with the cross-platform development tools like Phonegap, Icenium, Appcelerator is a plus.
  • Experience with METAIO, Vuforia SDK is a plus.
  • Awareness of security issues related to mobile application development
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Incredible work ethic
  • The desire to produce superior code

Entry Level – Mobile Application Developer

Solweaver is looking for entry level mobile application developers to be a contributor to a team responsible for analysis, design, develop and testing of applications. Though the position is entry level, but will progress to achieve competencies required of a IT Software Developer.

Experience and Skill set required

  • Possess creative ability, self-confidence and good zeal to work
  • Should be highly motivated, innovative and passionate
  • 1-2 years of Class room experience or work experience with CSS, HTML5 and Java Script
  • Well trained in Android or iOS development
  • Good knowledge in JQUERY, JQUERY mobile
  • Experience in building/deploying iOS/Android/Windows mobile applications
  • Identify appropriate tools and frameworks that are tailored to the requirements of a specific project
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
